Ylva Lillberg, Head of Project Management, Dhakshy Holmgren, Business Developer and Erick Larsson, Talent Acquistion are new teammembers at Aifloo.
Ylva is a biomedical engineer from KTH and has studied business development at IFL School of Economics. Ylva has extensive experience from leading small and large R&D projects, including from Siemens Medical Solutions and Karolinska Institutet. During her studies at KTH, she also worked in homecare and in a retirement home.

Dhakshy, lover of the start-up vibes in the tech-scene in Stockholm, has a Masters in Business Development & Internationalisation from Umeå University. Previously she worked at THINGS and comes from a multidisciplinary background; Sales, Marketing, Event Management & consumer focused market research in the international arena. Currently she works at Aifloo with the Product Management team while working as an attaché for World Innovations Forum Sweden.

Erick´s human resource career springs from a UK recruitment company in 2000. From 2010, and for the past 7 years, it has been a blend of HR roles such as HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Business Partner within well established companies such as Epsilon Embedded Systems as well as start-ups like Zaark, Toca Boca and Tessin. Erick holds university studies from Lund and Linnaeus University in Behavioral science, Labour law and Human Resources Management.
